Often, Faran delved deep into thoughts and murmured; why I was born without arms? Faran was a hardworking man of 30. He belonged to a middle-class family. His parents provided him with a delicate and pleasant environment in the home and he received quality education and a degree in Fine Arts with distinction. Disability could not hinder him from following his passion; he drew sketches using his feet and produced masterpieces.
Once in his childhood, Faran complained to his mother about why he was born without arms.
Mother replied; “It’s the will of God”.
From then onwards, he never uttered any word regarding his disability and accepted the will of God.
With utmost enthusiasm, passion, and dedication Faran became one of the most well-known artists in the country. He made very fascinating paintings. Despite being complete, his sketches exhibited certain deliberate imperfections. Yet, those fascinated the audience at large.
One day Faran went with his neighbor Marko to attend a festival in the suburbs. While looking at the picturesque scene, he asked Marko; “Look how beautiful the scenery is!”
Marko; “Yes, God has made everything so complete and beautiful”
Faran: Well, though certain things are not complete but yet beautiful!
Marko: How can you say that? God has created everything complete and perfect.
Faran: Look at me! I am not complete because I don’t have arms. But I accept the will of God
Marko got too much enraged while listening to the views of Faran and started scolding him. Faran also replied in the same tone. The bickering turned into a fight. Marko turned berserk and beat him to death. While breathing his last, Faran asked Marko; why are you killing me? To which Marko replied; “I am doing the work of God”
